cynapspro Remote Assistance is the best alternative to on-site support and should be considered as an extension of your upgrade and support package. It enables you to get your employees or colleagues training on short notice by cynapspro employees or to receive support during the initial installation, when moving cynapspro servers or when upgrading to a newer version.

You have the choice between two training set-ups: either our trainers connect to your servers and clients using a remote support solution or we provide access to machines in our cynapspro testing and training environment to facilitate "Learning by Doing".
